International Borders

Did anybody know that the borders between Morocco and Algeria were closed, meaning we cannot cross from one country to the other? This makes the planning so much harder. Ughhhh. Why can't the world be at peace?

Where Should We Go?

After much debate, we discovered that it was not in our interests to do an ordinary trip. We wanted a location where we could experience an authentic journey, one a country could offer. Since none of us have been to the African continent, it was the perfect destination to discover.
After some research, we found out that parts of Africa have civil problems, such as ISIS bombings, wars and kidnapping, in which we did not want to get involved. However, the websites did say that Morocco is the safest country for tourism. (http://www.moroccoworldnews.com/2015/11/171741/morocco-among-safest-countries-worldwide-british-foreign-office/) Wanting to see more than just one country, we decided to visit part of the Great Maghreb.
So it's decided guys, we are going to MOROCCO and ALGERIA!
Can't wait to taste fresh clementines!

Graduation Trip!

Hey guys!
We are three high school seniors planning a trip after graduation.
Given that tickets are really expensive in June/July, all three of us decided to take a break after our first session of CEGEP. Even though our trip would be in a year and a half, planning it will be very intricate.
This is an ambitious project and we want to include people along our journey, from prep to the trip itself. We hope this blog will motivate most of you readers to go abroad with friends.
